So feeling fresh after the 3 hr bike ride in the morning met up with Neil H for a spot of longboard cruising in the afternoon !!! Rigged my new 9.4 and we set off up the river Deben and had mainly a run to Ramholt where we turned and had a full on beat back to Bawdsey quay arriving within a boards length of each other - sadly with Neil just ahead !!! Neil then treated us the ice creams before continuing back to the dip but stopping in the river mouth to have a few reaches with the kitesurfers where I recorded my fastest time just missing 20 kts :( We then had the Hurrell's round for tea so a top top day and more wind tomorrow :)
